I’m so bad, i havent been active on this blog in so long.
I have however started up dancing again - hence the picture (please ignore my cracked, dirty mirror) and i am absolutely loving it. seriously so glad i started back again. :) I’ve also started a new job which involves a lot of running, climbing up ladders and lifting heavy boxes which i’m hoping will be good for me and help me gain some muscle back. :) Hahaha.

Redoing the shred again starting tomorrow and i am so excited! I’ve missed Jillian/working out in general and now my mum is back at work and i have the lounge to myself it’s all good.
I’m also considering buying ripped in 30 days. Has anyone completed it? Would you recommend it? Or can anyone recommend any other home workouts?

I’m so sorry. I know this blog hasn’t exactly been active in quite a while. I guess i’m just going through a bit of a tough time at the moment and can barely find the motivation to leave my house, let alone work out. I’m really going to force myself to try and get back on track soon though.
